First Office Visit
Dr. Lucas will complete an initial consultation, go over your health history intake form which will be emailed to you prior to your visit, and determine if chiropractic care is the best option for you at that time. AFW focuses on functional measurements to determine your current state of health. A thermal scan of your spine will provide the doctors with a detailed image of how well your nervous system is functioning, along with a weight distribution measurement and standing posture analysis.

This first visit is important to hear your health concerns, but more importantly to determine if we're the right fit for you! Once we determine there are no concerns or red flags in continuing with chiropractic care, you may receive your first chiropractic adjustment. Please allow 30-45 minutes for your first office visit. Drs. Kelly and Lucas will then discuss your evaluation findings and history, and determine individualized instructions of care for you, which will be discussed at your second office visit.
Second Office Visit
During your report of findings, we will discuss what your evaluation results tell us about your current state of health, and what chiropractic can do for you. We recommend bringing your significant other along with you so we can answer all of your questions together. After you make an informed decision about our care plan instructions and how they reflect your health goals, we'll continue with regular visits. Please allow 30 minutes for your second office visit.
Regular Visits
We ask that you schedule appointments based on the doctors’ instructions for care during your initial phase of care. Established patients with wellness packages may visit the office anytime. Make yourself at home while you wait for your doctor to become available. Feel free to enjoy a cup of tea, check out our favorite nutritional supplements, healthy-living products, and other resources, or chat with other families! Regular visits may take approximately 10-15 minutes, but feel free to spend as much time with us as you want!
